Natural wood, grain left visible

Minimal profile, close to the wall

Warm light for an evening room

The Drelis Wall Lamp is a Scandinavian wall light built around one idea: quiet detail that earns its place. Finished in natural wood, it brings shape and warmth to a living room without shouting for attention. The silhouette borrows from minimalist design, with clean lines, honest materials and nothing decorative that is not also useful. It is the kind of piece you stop noticing in the best way, because it simply fits. It also makes a considered gift for a housewarming, a new flat or a long-overdue refresh.

Construction is where wall lights often disappoint, and this one does not. Natural wood is used where it matters, joined and finished so edges stay true and surfaces stay flat. The detailing is deliberately restrained, with nothing added that does not earn it. Everything is assembled to a spec we would accept in our own homes, then packed to survive the journey to yours.

At home it works hardest in the living room, though it moves happily to a bedroom when the space changes around it. Pair it with warm textiles and open shelving for a softer look, or keep the surrounding palette tight for something sharper. Halden designs for rooms that get lived in, not photographed once and forgotten.

Wood instead of paint

A wooden wall light warms a room in a way a painted metal one cannot, and it improves rather than chips as the years pass.

Slim against the wall

The profile is deliberately shallow, so the Drelis works in a hallway or beside a bed without catching a shoulder.

Living room or bedroom

Keeps the surface below free for what you actually use it for. Halden designs for rooms that get lived in.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is it made of?

Natural wood with the grain visible, which gives it warmth against a painted wall.

Does it stick out much?

No. The profile is shallow, which is what makes it workable in a hallway or beside a bed.

Is it bright enough to read by?

It gives a warm evening glow. Pair it with something aimable if that spot is where you read.

Which rooms suit it?

Living rooms and bedrooms, and it does good work in a corridor with no surface for a lamp.

How do I look after the wood?

Soft dry cloth, no abrasive cleaners.
