Returns

If it is not right for the room, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Once it reaches us your refund goes back to the original payment method. Email support@haldendecor.com and we will get a return started for you.

No. The backing is non slip, so it holds its position on tile, wood and laminate rather than skating away from the door.

Does it actually keep dirt off the floor?

That is the whole design. The surface catches grit and damp at the threshold, which is the cheapest floor protection in the house.

Where should I put it?

Just inside a front door, at the top of a hallway or by a back entrance. Anywhere shoes come off or feet come in.

Does it lie flat straight away?

Give it a day out of the packaging and it settles flat, then stays that way. No curling corners to catch a toe on.
