Iron frame with a glass shade

Sized for a narrow hallway

Sits close, nothing to walk into

The Iron Hallway Ceiling Light is a modern ceiling light built around one idea: quiet detail that earns its place. Finished in glass, it brings shape and warmth to a hallway without shouting for attention. Clean lines and honest materials do the work, so it reads as considered rather than fussy. It is the kind of piece you stop noticing in the best way, because it simply fits. It also makes a considered gift for a housewarming, a new flat or a long-overdue refresh.

Construction is where ceiling lights often disappoint, and this one does not. Glass, powder-coated metal are used where they matter, joined and finished so edges stay true and surfaces stay flat. The detailing is deliberately restrained, with nothing added that does not earn it. Everything is assembled to a spec we would accept in our own homes, then packed to survive the journey to yours.

At home it works hardest in the hallway, though it moves happily to an entryway when the space changes around it. Pair it with warm textiles and open shelving for a softer look, or keep the surrounding palette tight for something sharper. Halden designs for rooms that get lived in, not photographed once and forgotten.

Made for the space nobody plans

Hallways get whatever fitting was left over. This one is sized and shaped for a corridor, which is why it looks intentional there.

Metal and glass, no plastic

Powder coated metal for the frame and glass for the shade, so it stands up to a busy entryway and still looks like a considered choice.

Hallway or entryway

It sits close to the ceiling and stays out of the way of tall people and coats. Halden designs for rooms that get lived in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it hang too low in a hallway?

No. It is designed to sit close to the ceiling, which is exactly what a corridor needs.

What is it made of?

Powder coated metal and glass, so it copes with a busy entryway and keeps an even finish.

Is the light bright enough for an entryway?

Yes. It spreads well through the glass, which is what you want when the hallway has no natural light of its own.

Can I use it elsewhere?

It works on a landing, in a utility room or in a small bedroom just as well.

How do I clean it?

Soft dry cloth on the glass and frame, no abrasive cleaners.
